Meet Your Tasters

Brucie Cheese - a cheese lover from day one...taught by his mom to appreciate all sorts of cheeses and continues to search for the perfect cheese...to this day.

Sunny Cheese - a cheese lover from day two...on the prowl for the perfect cheese...but only with the accompaniment of her favorite cheese taster...Brucie Cheese.

    May I recommend a tasting of my personal favorite, Bleu D'Auvergne? Renowned for its ammoniacal aroma, it recently celebrated the sesquicentennial anniversary of its invention, and is one of two inspired applications of rye bread molds. The other, of course, being LSD.

    Accompaning beverages must be strong enough to stand up to this self-assertive curd. Porters, Stouts, Riojas -- you get my drift.
