ReplyDeleteMay I recommend a tasting of my personal favorite, Bleu D'Auvergne? Renowned for its ammoniacal aroma, it recently celebrated the sesquicentennial anniversary of its invention, and is one of two inspired applications of rye bread molds. The other, of course, being LSD.
Accompaning beverages must be strong enough to stand up to this self-assertive curd. Porters, Stouts, Riojas -- you get my drift.
