Week #7 - Goat Brie (Soignon)




Fromage de chevre.
A brie like consistency. Subtle and smooth at first. With a stronger more pronounced finish than just regular brie. A distinct goat cheese tang that is very enjoyable.

Brucie Cheese gives it a ....an 8.5
Sunny Cheese gives it a.......a 9.5
